Do I need reservations?
Yes, we book-up early during peak periods, typically holidays and summer stays. It is always recommended that you check availability in advance.
Is a deposit required?
No, payment in full is paid at the time of checkout.
Can my pets be boarded together?
We will try to accommodate requests for shared pens for either dogs or cats within the same family, as long as they get along with each other. Shared pens are charged per pet.
Does my pet need shots?
Yes, yearly DHLPP vaccinations, rabies, and bordetella are required for dogs. Cats must be current for feline distemper and rabies.
Will my pet get sick from other animals?
No, we accept only healthy animals for boarding. Should your pet become ill, be assured that immediate veterinarian assistance will be secured from your vet or the Emergency Veterinary Clinic.
May I bring toys from home?
You are welcome to bring up to three small items for your pet’s pleasure. (Nothing larger than a bath towel, please.) We also sell pet supplies for your convenience. We are not responsible, however, for any items left with your pet.
Can someone else pick up my pet?
ONLY if the arrangements are made with our staff at reservation time, or on arrival. NO pet will be released to a third party without specific authorization from the owner. Third parties picking up a pet must show a photo ID.
Is my pet cared for on holidays?
Yes! We are here 365 days a year to take care of your loved ones, however we are closed for check-in and check-out on New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
